Noreen

Office Manger

Originally from Satellite Beach, Noreen left Florida to attend the University of Colorado In Boulder.

After receiving her BS and MBA in business, Noreen and her husband, Marc moved to San Diego.

She has over 30 years of experience in dentistry. Twelve of those years (and counting!) have been with Dr. Murphy and now Dr. Nabai. Noreen enjoys spending her free time with her family; Marc, sons Justin and Jared, and her four-legged children.

Maria

RDH-Registered Dental Hygienist

After practicing real estate for twelve years, Maria discovered her passion for dentistry and completed her education in dental hygiene. Her focus is to provide the highest standard of care to each patient while being gentle and thorough to achieve an enjoyable visit for her patients. Maria strives to enhance her knowledge through continuing education classes.

Maria is a San Diego native and enjoys running and hiking during her off time. She and her husband share a love for travel, the outdoors and entertaining with friends.

Christina

RDA-Registered Dental Assistant

Christina has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She was born in Arizona and raised in San Diego. She has lived in Guadalajara and Tijuana, Mexico where she perfected her bilingual skills. In her spare time, she loves to hike, go for walks and paddle board.

Mandy

RDH-Registered Dental Hygienist

Mandy Macachor, RDH, BS, is a practicing clinician in San Diego, California, with experience in cosmetic and general practices. Mandy graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2017, where she was the president of her Student American Dental Hygienists' Association. She continued her studies and earned a bachelor's degree in Allied Health at Northern Arizona University.

She was honored to be a recipient of Today's RDH Honor Awards in 2019. Mandy has a passion for dental mission work and has participated in local charities such as Mission of Mercy and Team Smiles; more recently, she's an active volunteer for The Rise Above Cebu Foundation located in the Philippines.

Dawn

Patient Care Coordinator

Dawn is originally from the east coast, mostly in the Hudson Valley. She has been in the dental field over 20 yrs. and absolutely loves taking care of the patients. She is married with two children, two in college. Outside of work you can find her spending quality time with her family while doing yoga, traveling and hiking.
